This is the second in a four-part workshop covering the essentials you want and need to know to drink better coffee.
In this class, John will explain what you need to know to make better coffee at home. Starting with the basics of extraction and brewing, you’ll learn how water quality, temperature, brew time, grind size and coffee-to-water ratio affect the final cup. Different pourover methods will be discussed and demonstrated. Finally, you’ll be able to practice your own pourover.
This is a one hour workshop, including the hands-on brewing practice. Class is Monday, May 11th at 7 PM at Blacksmith.
