This is the third in a four-part workshop covering the essentials you want and need to know to drink better coffee.
In this class, John will explain the difference between good and GREAT espresso. You’ll learn how espresso is made and what factors affect the flavor in the cup – grind, water temperature, and so on. You’ll also taste and experience espresso that is underxtracted, overextracted, and right on the money.
This is a one hour workshop. Class will be held Monday, May 25th at 7 PM at Blacksmith.
