This is the fourth in a four-part workshop covering the essentials you want and need to know to drink better coffee.
In this class, John will take you through the other key component to most coffee shop drinks: the milk. After discussing what happens to milk flavor as it heats (and why to never overheat the milk), steaming milk to achieve different foam consistency and texture will be demonstrated. Finally, different latte art design and techniques will be shown and participants will try their own hand at pouring latte art.
